2011 Bill Payment Assistance GuidelinesYou must have the following information with you before filling out application:
- Driver's License or other Photo I.D.
- Copy of current Ameren Illinois utility bill
Program Rules:
- Applicant must reside at address on bill and have active service in his or her name
- Applicant can only receive assistance once per heating and cooling season (2 times per calendar year)
- Must have written documentation of personal or family crisis
- Program targeting only customers between 150-200% of poverty, special exceptions approved by WNCF Executive Director
- No bills over $750
- Matching payment up to $350

River of Life International Church is pleased to announce their new partnership with Smart Choice Food Source. The food distribution program allows you to purchase food approximately 50% cheaper than what you would pay for it in the store. The prices range from $13.00 to $35.00. Orders must be recieved by: December 3rd. Distribution Day: December 17
